Get to know the eye-care experts by your side

Dr. Joshua Vrabec, MD

Board-Certified Ophthalmologist

I’d like to thank you for considering Michigan Ophthalmology as your eye care provider and me as your ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon. I understand the importance of not only providing successful treatments such as cataract surgery, but also trusting that your physician will listen to your unique situation.

For more than 15 years, I’ve helped thousands of patients achieve their vision goals by demanding the very best from myself and my team. As a result we continue to maintain a patient satisfaction rate over 99%. My patients stay with me because they know they are in good hands, and trust they will achieve improved eye health, vision, and well-being at Michigan Ophthalmology. We pride ourselves on getting to know each of our patients, and continuously are updating and improving our processes as technology advances. We offer a clean, updated medical office environment, and take no short cuts when it comes to quality equipment, safety, and staff. I look forward to meeting you, and finding out how Michigan Ophthalmology may partner with you in achieving your personal goals for your vision and eye health.

After growing up and training in Wisconsin, I'm now a long-time resident of Michigan. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and children, trail running, mountain biking, and preparing freshly cooked meals. Professionally, I'm most proud of starting Michigan Ophthalmology as a new practice in 2019, and that it continues to be 100% physician-owned, which ensures that all of my patients are cared for without being influenced by outside corporate ownership.
